As the first-to-market leader, we are experiencing rapid expansion and are looking for an experienced Fixed Operations Catalog Curation Analyst to join our team.
The Fixed Ops Data Curation Analyst plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, organization, and relevance of complex datasets critical to automotive manufacturers and fixed operations departments. This position involves curating, managing, and optimizing data sets related to vehicle catalogs, maintenance schedules, labor operations, and parts. By leveraging expertise in data analysis and curation tools, this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of data quality and provide actionable insights.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in data science, content management, and automotive technology, with a deep understanding of dealership processes and fixed operations, a proven track record of working with complex data sets, designing efficient processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance data management tools. What You Will Be Doing
- Curate complex data sets for automotive manufacturers and fixed operations departments, encompassing catalogs for vehicles, services, maintenance schedules, parts, and labor operations and times.
- Utilize curation tools and platforms to organize and categorize content.
- Regularly review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging topics to stay ahead of content needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for content improvement and optimization.
- Maintain a curated content database or library for easy access by internal teams.
- Design and implement internal processes and data management tools to optimize efficiency and ensure data accuracy for transactional quoting or invoicing.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop best-in-class data management tools that meet industry standards and client requirements.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis for data integrations and new feature implementations to enhance the effectiveness of our catalog curation process.
Requirements
What You Need for this Position
- 2+ years of experience in data curation, data analysis, or content management, within the automotive or fixed operations industry.
- Familiarity with automotive catalogs, maintenance schedules, labor operations, parts management, or dealership processes.
- Knowledge of OEM Automotive Manufacturer and Franchised Dealership Warranty Claims process and Transformation of repair data to claim.
- Deep expertise and curation experience with labor operations, parts, and VIN's association.
- Proven experience curating complex data sets for automotive manufacturers or fixed operations departments.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing internal processes and data management tools for transactional quoting or invoicing within the automotive industry.
- Strong collaboration skills, with a history of working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop data management solutions.
- Proficient in performing research and analysis for data integrations and feature enhancements.
