Full Job Description
Join Firetrol Protection Systems, a national leader in fire protection and life safety services, as a Fire Sprinkler Service Sales Representative in our Dallas, Texas office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving service sales and maintaining relationships within a defined customer base. Your primary goal will be to identify customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies to enhance our service offerings.
- Engage with potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals, effectively qualifying new opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, demonstrating the value of our services.
- Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability while meeting customer requirements.
- Work collaboratively with our operations team to ensure precise service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain existing accounts through regular follow-ups to drive repeat business.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to showcase our solutions and expand our network.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business to Business sales, preferably within the fire protection or related industry.
- Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems and the fire protection industry.
- Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
