Full Job Description

Join Firetrol Protection Systems, a national leader in fire protection and life safety services, as a Fire Sprinkler Service Sales Representative in our Dallas, Texas office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving service sales and maintaining relationships within a defined customer base. Your primary goal will be to identify customer needs and develop tailored sales strategies to enhance our service offerings.

  • Engage with potential clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals, effectively qualifying new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations, demonstrating the value of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability while meeting customer requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with our operations team to ensure precise service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Maintain existing accounts through regular follow-ups to drive repeat business.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to showcase our solutions and expand our network.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business to Business sales, preferably within the fire protection or related industry.
  2. Strong understanding of fire sprinkler systems and the fire protection industry.
  3. Proven ability to develop relationships, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
