As the Fire Alarm Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients by overseeing the maintenance and repair of all types of fire alarm systems. You will be responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in fire alarm systems and a proven track record of leadership.

Requirements

· Manage a team of technicians and provide guidance and support as needed

· Oversee the maintenance and repair of fire alarm systems

· Coordinate service schedules and ensure that all work orders are completed on time

· Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations

· Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any client issues or concerns

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

· Monitor and report on the performance of the service team and implement any necessary improvements
