About Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P.

Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, L.P. manages over $36 billion in assets (as of 6/30/2024) with investments in real estate, credit, energy and energy infrastructure. We are seeking a Finance/Accounting Analyst to join our Kayne Anderson Private Credit (“KAPC”) team in our Houston office. It is a requirement that this candidate is based in the Houston area.

Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities):

  • Responsible for treasury operations for the funds
  • Cash forecasting, cash disbursements and daily reconciliations
  • Manage funds flow for closing transactions/financings
  • Borrowing and repayment of credit facilitates
  • Payment of notes and credit facility interest
  • Maintain monthly and quarterly compliance with all leverage facilities
  • Interface with rating agencies and prepare periodic compliance
  • Interface with lenders and agent banks
  • Prepare NAV shadow calculations and reconciliations to administrator and custodian
  • Assist Controller with financial reporting process
  • Assist with internal and external audit requests

Requirements

Education: B.S. Business Administration – Accounting

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • 1-2 years of public accounting experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Team player
  • Treasury operations experience a plus but not required
