As an Executive Assistant and Sales Pipeline Manager at CareerCraft, you will play a vital role in supporting our executive team and ensuring smooth business operations. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and providing essential support to our sales team. This is a dynamic position that requires exceptional organizational skills, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Support the executive team by coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling all administrative tasks efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, providing timely and professional communication.
- Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring all leads are tracked and followed up in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the executive team and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, analyze competitors, and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant and/or sales pipeline manager in the computer software industry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
