Since our founding in 2014, we have staffed over 200 educational positions for multiple charter schools across the United States. We have staffed both instructional and non-instructional positions within the K-12 educational space. We place high-quality educational professionals in both virtual and traditional brick-and-mortar environments. We have multiple public school district partnerships that will be acquired within the next 4 months. Our growing organization needs expert educational recruiters to join our team.
The Role
As a Teacher Recruiter with Teachers On Demand, INC., you will recruit educators for our partner schools across the United States. You will find and reach high-quality educators with a pre-determined skill set to fill both hard-to-fill and critical vacancies. You will attract those educators into our network; conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and character assessments with candidates to determine position fitness. You will help us grow Teachers On Demand, INC. one teacher at a time!
The right candidate for this position must have:
- 3 or more years of experience in full-cycle teacher recruitment
- A strong educational network/following on LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, and Twitter
- Expertise using Indeed, and social media platforms for recruitment
- Vast experience with posting jobs on and recruiting from various types of job boards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A strong, detail-oriented executor
- A strong network of educators
- Excited about change and the ability to learn processes quickly
- Extremely comfortable with technology (both navigating programs and typing quickly)
- Virtual presentation/interviewing experience
- Some service-based educational sales experience
- Some educational marketing experience
- Flexibility in working on weekends and other non-conventional work hours
We will prefer you over other candidates if you are:
- Experienced as either a professional K-12 teacher or administrator
- Experienced in nation-wide education recruitment
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Developing content to raise awareness about Teachers On Demand, INC’s. services to schools and teacher applicants.
- Writing and posting job advertisements, and using data to optimize our reach
- Conducting, and coordinating interviews throughout the teacher hiring process
- Coordinating on-boarding and helping new teachers and schools register within our company database.
- Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers

Salary:
This position is Commission-Based pay ONLY. The commissions are very competitive.
