Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage listings and brand stores on Amazon US, UK, and DE.
  • Expand listings to more eCommerce platforms and Amazon geographical areas such as Canada, Australia, etc.
  • Oversee inventory, pipeline, and logistic coordination to ensure inventory availability.
  • Manage and promote the company's reputation on Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.
  • Set up, configure, and integrate Shopify with partners.
  • Improve fulfillment processes to reduce shipping time and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), compliance, and other related processes.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Success to improve customer experience and enhance product features and functionalities.

Requirements

Skills Required

  • Strong experience in managing Amazon FBA listings and compliance processes.
  • Experience in managing international Amazon listings, particularly in the UK and EU, with a focus on compliance.
  • Experience in managing inventory and fulfillment processes.
  • Knowledge of other eCommerce platforms besides Amazon.
  • Passion for excellent customer service and customer experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce management, specifically with Amazon FBA.
  • Experience with Shopify setup and integration.
  • Familiarity electronic product listing
