PHN is hiring for the position of East U.S. Audiology Sales Director. This exciting, remote opportunity will allow you to use your education, leadership, and management experience in a trailblazing hearing healthcare model.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create action plans for the month, week, and day for clinics within the assigned region. Ensure your team has a clear vision, priorities are clearly articulated, and the “why” is understood.
- Coordinate and conduct regular meetings: assist coach and elevate a team of hearing healthcare professionals to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and position teams to overcome/develop the necessary processes to succeed.
- Drive top-line revenue along with profits.
- Lead team successfully through best practices and operational excellence.
- Planning and problem-solving. Identify obstacles to location performance attainment and take an active role in problem-solving.
Requirements
- 5 years of sales management experience, Audiologist (preferred)
- Experience in developing Team Member Performance along with strong sales and operational excellence.
- Driven and result-oriented leader
- Demonstrated skills in planning, analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and proactive decision-making.
- Profit and Loss knowledge and experience
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn and use new computer programs/applications
- Excellent professional communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.
- Effectively convey detailed or technical information clearly, accurately, and concisely.
- Ability to develop and give oral presentations to small groups
- Availability to Travel Extensively: 10 - 15 days/month
