Driver /Assembler (Furniture)

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a Driver/Assembler (Furniture). As a Driver/Assembler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of our furniture products to our customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for assembling furniture and ensuring it is set up correctly in the designated locations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with furniture and providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Transport furniture products to designated locations in a safe and timely manner
• Assemble furniture and ensure it is set up correctly
• Inspect furniture for any damages or defects before delivery
• Assist with loading and unloading furniture from the delivery truck
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in furniture delivery and assembly preferred
• Ability to lift heavy furniture items and perform physical tasks
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
