Documentation Specialist

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

Develops, prepares and/or maintains documentation pertaining to business processes, system operations, product development and other technical processes.
Researches, reviews and collects available technical information as basis for documentation.
Creates new documentation or updates existing documentation to accurately reflect changes in a product or process.
Writes and maintains end user documentation.
Maintain and disseminate documentation as needed.
and resolve problems in collaboration with the management.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and users to deliver accurate, high quality documentation.
Creates clear and concise documentation.
Establishes documentation templates.
Experience and expertise in the following areas are mandatory:

Requirements

• Experience designing, creating and/or modifying System documentation for complex systems.
  Must have detailed knowledge and expertise demonstrating technical editing and publication.
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
