Aethon Energy Operating LLC’s (“Aethon”) Division Order Tech is responsible for organizing and managing records and administrative projects in support of operations.

DUTIES & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain well-organized filing system of Division Order and Owner Relations documents.
- Scan and index documents.
- Manage all Division Order incoming mail.
- Prepare and mail Division Orders and Transfer Orders.
- Prepare and mail owner letters as needed.
- Scan all Division Orders and release from suspense as needed.
- Place Owners in suspense as needed.
- Work with Owner Relations to resolve Owner inquiries.
- Package and send by certified mail as needed.
- Analyze transfer of interest requests and create cases for team to process.
- Monitor drilling schedule and daily drilling report.
- Determine ownership through laws of descent and distribution/intestate succession.
- Assist with other Division Order projects as necessary.
Requirements
Education & Work Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations, and standard land and legal practices as it relates to the accurate payment of revenues.
- Enertia experience preferred.
- Land admin or Division Order experience preferred.
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong attention to detail, strong analytical and complex problem solving skills.
- Research, math, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of motivation, self-starter.
