Division Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Division Manager to join our team. As the Division Manager for MXOne firefighting turbine, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the division, including strategy development, operations, sales, and customer support. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our MXOne product line, ensuring that we meet and exceed our business objectives. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in managing teams, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

·      Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals across various functions, including sales, engineering, operations, and customer support.

·      Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and success of the MXOne product line.

·      Oversee sales strategies and drive business development efforts to expand market share.

·      Ensure that all operational processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with company goals.

·      P&L responsibility of the division, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.

·      Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to guide the development of new products and enhancements to the MXOne.

·      Ensure that all activities within the division adhere to industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Engineering

·      Proven experience in a similar role in the firefighting apparatus or critical equipment industry including:

o   Product development and production management

o   Sales, marketing, and business development

o   Customer support (technical and field level)

o   Background in industrial, municipal or wildland fire fighting and/or experience supporting products that support these markets.

·      Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·      P&L responsibility and budgeting

·      Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

·      Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets

·      Ability to travel as required.
