Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement talent management and acquisition strategies.

2. Lead the recruitment process to attract high-quality candidates.

3. Design and implement leadership development programs.

4. Oversee performance management processes to ensure high performance.

5. Implement talent retention strategies to reduce turnover.

6. Analyze talent management metrics to inform strategic decisions.

7. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast future talent needs.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in talent management and acquisition.

2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.

3. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

4. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

5. Professional certification in HR or talent management is a plus.
