We are looking for a Director of Organizational Development based in Fort Worth, Texas who will be responsible for leading initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness. This role focuses on change management, organizational design, and culture enhancement to support strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement organizational development strategies.
2. Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation.
3. Design and facilitate team and leadership development programs.
4. Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align organizational development with business goals.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development interventions.
7. Advise on organizational design and structure to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in organizational development or a related field.
2. Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
3. Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.
4. Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
5. Professional certification in organizational development or change management is a plus.
