Job Description

City Wide of Austin is seeking a Director of Operations for our growing office. If you up-sell with confidence and integrity and have a deep understanding of your client's needs, our President's Club is waiting for you.

As a Director of Operations, you will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with existing clients in a highly productive sales-driven environment. You will work with existing clients, train and develop staff, implement company policies and procedures, and assist with performing scheduled inspections on all accounts to ensure work performed satisfies both company and client quality standards.

Minimum Job Requirements:

·       5 years of operations/sales/customer service experience

·       Undergraduate Degree (Business or related field) is preferred

·       2 years of previous management experience

·       Strong communication and presentation skills

·       Proficient in MS Office
