Director of Corporate Development

The Director of Corporate Development will play a key role in driving company initiatives, leading special projects, and assisting in the identification, evaluation, and execution of new business opportunities. This role is essential in supporting the company’s growth strategy through strategic planning, due diligence, deal structuring, and ensuring efficient transaction processes. The individual will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of key initiatives.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Healhcare/Sciences or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in deal structuring, valuation, and due diligence.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information for executive audiences.
• Knowledge of market research, financial analysis, and emerging trends within relevant industries.

Physical Requirements:

·      Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

·      Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times.

Travel Requirements:

·      Remote Role but available to travel as needed based on projects and leadership meetings.
