Bane Machinery, Inc. has an immediate need for a DFW Area Parts Manager to support our business’ role in the Heavy Equipment Industry. This position provides planning, coordinating, and leading the Parts department operations at our Dallas and Ft. Worth locations.

The Parts Manager is responsible for overseeing department finances, customer service, inventory control, vendor relations, safety practices, and employee development. We are looking for a proactive individual with a solution-oriented mindset who can oversee all responsibilities of this position, including inventory management, warehouse processes, ordering, and supply chain operations.

This role is critical to engage with cross functional teams of the organization, communicate with internal and external customers, while working with and developing the Parts team.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to read OEM technical manuals and interpret appropriately, being mechanically inclined.
• Demonstrates effective communication, interpersonal skills, and organizational ability utilizing verbal and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use and adapt to new technology systems and tools.
• Proficiency in heavy equipment industry, construction machinery parts, or related field.
• Effective management of department budget, assets, and team with the ability to pivot between tasks and delegate as priorities change.
• Must be available to support Parts department business as needed outside of regular work hours.
• Must pass MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) background check and have a valid State issued Driver’s License.
