Desk/Sales Manager

RideNow Powersports, a leading powersports organization, is seeking a motivated and experienced Desk/Sales Manager to join our team. As a Desk/Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales objectives and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales team and sales processes
• Assist with deal structuring, presenting numbers, and closing deals
• Implement and execute best practices to achieve sales goals
• Ensure excellent customer care and satisfaction
• Track and analyze sales performance
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the powersports industry
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Motorcycle endorsement preferred
