Role Summary:
As our Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You’ll oversee both online and traditional marketing channels, ensuring our message reaches the right audience and draws them onto our site for purchase consideration. Success will be measured on increasing qualified visits to our site and stores. If you’re excited about ranching, agriculture, and making an impact, this role is for you!
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor Marketing, Communications, Advertising or similar degree or higher.
- Minimum of 5 Years work experience in similar or higher role.
- Direct Experience in Organic Marketing for DTC products.
- Direct experience in PPC management on Google, META and ideally, other platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in ranching or agriculture (understanding the industry is a huge plus).
- Prior experience selling ranch or agricultural products directly to consumers (DTC).
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance.
- Creative thinker who can adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Passion for sustainable practices and connecting with our community.
What You’ll Do
Digital Campaigns:
- Develop and execute organic and paid campaigns across social media platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook-Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter).
- Optimize ad spend, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with our creative team to produce compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Traditional Media:
- Manage traditional marketing efforts, including print ads, trade shows, billboards, and other offline channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all media types.
- Explore innovative ways to integrate traditional and digital approaches.
PPC Advertising:
- Implement pay-per-click (PPC) advertising outlets (e.g., Google Ads and META).
- Monitor budgets, keyword performance, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing to optimize ad copy and landing pages.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and attribution models
Direct Reports – None (initially). Some existing Agency and consultants.
Reports To – CEO
Location – San Antonio, TX in the newly renovated historic building on San Antonio Riverwalk.
Travel: 10%
