BASIC FUNCTION
Are you looking to grow in a dynamic marketing environment? The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will lead the execution of an integrated marketing strategy to drive demand generation and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B marketing and a proven track record of creating and executing successful marketing programs. You will work closely with the sales team, leveraging a range of marketing tactics to generate high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Execution of Integrated Marketing Mix: Develop and execute marketing programs and campaigns, including but not limited to:
- Inbound marketing, including digital advertising and search engine optimization (SEO)
- Account-based marketing (ABM) programs
- Paid lead services and buyer directories
- In-person and online events, such as trade shows, events or webinars
- Email promotions and nurturing campaigns
- Social media campaigns
- Signal- and intent-based marketing tools/programs
- Engagement-Based Segmentation Strategy: Execute an engagement-based segmentation strategy to convert prospects through content in a scalable manner.
- Sales/Marketing Playbooks: Develop sales and marketing playbooks with educational content, best practices, and benchmarking data to bring actionable insights that drive sales.
- Collaboration with SDR and AE Teams: Own the cross-departmental relationship with the sales team. Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) to align marketing with their inbound qualification and outbound cold calling efforts.
- Develop and enforce processes within the CRM system to ensure data quality and reliable sales and marketing reports.
- Conduct regular meetings to monitor lead quality and status.
- Collaborate on the development of strategic outbound call lists.
- Communicate effectively with SDRs to support inbound lead generation programs.
- Adjust marketing resources continuously to support BDR targets and initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with sales, program success, and other teams to ensure best-in-class targeting and messaging for prospects and current clients.
- Content Distribution Strategy: Create and build a content distribution strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels to reach the desired audience through measurable tactics. Collaborate with peers and specialized teams to develop content strategies that fuel lead generation campaigns and support sales efforts. Content types include:
- Ads, social media posts, whitepapers, brochures, fact sheets, event presentations, email campaigns, blogs, and sales presentations.
- Amplify Customer Success Stories: Develop relationships and programs to encourage customers to share their experiences, particularly through reviews on platforms.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and engage influencers to expand brand reach and credibility. Develop initiatives to create win-win partnerships that drive long-term revenue growth.
- Market Opportunity Identification: Identify new market opportunities and demographics not currently reached. Guide the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for targeting and converting these new segments.
- Data-Driven Analysis and Reporting: Use data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, 6Sense, and custom dashboards to analyze the impact of campaign efforts. Communicate strategy, funnel, or creative wins, and provide recommendations for improvement and optimization.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Report and present the results of B2B marketing efforts to key stakeholders.
Requirements

- Project Management Skills: Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay current with marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in demand generation, marketing automation, and customer acquisition strategies in contact center outsourcing.
- Expertise in Segmentation, Personalization, and A/B Testing: Extensive experience designing and executing tests and personalized campaigns to improve conversion rates and audience engagement.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication: Ability to develop compelling messaging and content for various channels and audiences, with attention to detail and creativity.
- Independent Worker: Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in: HubSpot, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Monday.com for marketing automation, CRM, and project management.
- Experience using Canva for visual content creation and Geofenced Ads, Google Ads, and GA4 for paid media management and tracking.
- Familiarity with Gen-AI tools like Jasper and ChatGPT for content generation and optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with agencies and third-party vendors for marketing execution.
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Livechat/Chatbot tools for customer engagement and internal communication.
