Data Entry - Marketing Intern

Position Summary

We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a data-entry intern. The intern will enter data into our systems and play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our marketing database.

JOB DUTIES (including but not limited to):

Market Research:

• Perform market research on target market(s)

Data Management:

• Accurately input data into designated databases and spreadsheets, ensuring data consistency and quality
• Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Follow established data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain data integrity
• Assist with data cleaning and de-duplication tasks
• Learn and utilize various data entry software and tools

Requirements

Minimum Education Required:

• Active college enrollment and pursuit of a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

Minimum Experience Required:

● Aptitude or ability to conduct market research

● Familiarity with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel)

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

● Strong organizational and self-motivation skills

● Ability to react in a constructive manner to direct feedback and constructive criticism

● Superior attention to detail
