Responsibilities
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in the company’s database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Generate reports as required to support business operations.
- Assist in organizing and categorizing files for easier retrieval and archiving.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data entries align with operational standards.
- Adhere to confidentiality principles regarding sensitive data.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems is a plus.
