Data Engineer Supervisor

The Data Engineer Supervisor at McLane Intelligent Solutions will play a pivotal role in leading our data engineering team, ensuring that our data architecture is robust, scalable, and aligned with our business needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the data engineering team in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and architectures.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field (Master's degree is preferred).
• Demonstrated experience as a Data Engineer or in a comparable position focused on data architecture and management.
• High proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Experience with ETL tools and data pipeline architectures.
• Familiarity with data warehousing technologies (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Knowledge of database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Azure (including Data Lake).
• Proven track record in team leadership and management.
