Part time and Full time options
We are looking for 15 new team members in the next 30 days. Our company partners have been in business over 100 years. We are a sales and marketing firm with about 350 agents who spend their days calling clients, attending meetings, reading assigned material and ongoing training, submitting applications for clients, managing communications, and creating contracts. We are contracted with over 30 companies who provide many options for our clients. With so many contracts, we are able to find our clients the absolute best product to match their financial needs and goals. We help people with things like planning out retirement, life insurance, annuities, 401K/IRA/Roth IRA rollovers, debt consolidation, and more. Our team is a diverse group of individuals from all states in the US, they are all hardworking positive thinkers.

We're seeking professional, cool-headed individuals to join our Team. The ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, a passion for fashion, a willingness to work hard, and an ability to use their fashion knowledge to make strong recommendations to customers. Our Sales Team members are often the first point of contact for customers and keep track of inventory, so we are seeking individuals with experience in fashion retail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.
- Assist in training new employees on best customer service practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
