Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Provide accurate information about services, project status, and pricing to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the construction team and various departments to communicate project timelines and updates.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and follow-ups as needed.
  • Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or customer service platforms is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
