Mission
As the Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you will provide superior customer service, drive sales, and ensure seamless customer experiences. You will interact with customers through various channels—phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings—addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, following up on leads, and handling point-of-sale interactions.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person to provide product/service support
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and provide resolutions in 10 seconds or less
- Maintain and update customer accounts and interaction records with x% accuracy
- Contact customers regarding account balances and necessary follow-ups to contribute to AR goals of X%
- Provide exceptional support to current tenants to ensure continued patronage and revenue stability.
- Forward complex issues to relevant specialists when necessary.
- Manage and convert leads to drive move-ins through phone and virtual interactions, contributing to the company’s conversion goal of X%.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory monthly fees and insurance plans.
- Drive upselling opportunities by presenting protection plans and other value-added services.
- Achieve 75%+ conversion rate for autopay plans and customer protection offerings.
- Consistently gather feedback and obtain at least 50+ positive Google reviews per month
- Maintain organized lead accounts and ensure prompt responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the team to meet monthly revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with computer systems and the ability to learn new software tools efficiently
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work some weekends as required
