Contract: Bilingual Network Attorney: Estate Planning, Business Formation

We are seeking a experienced Bilingual Attorney to counsel clients on the use of various estate planning techniques and related instruments such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc. In addition to advising your clients on these matters, you will also be responsible for the drafting and execution of various planning documents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal guidance and advice to clients on estate planning, business formation, special needs planning, and related areas of law.
• Draft legal documents, including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning and business formation documents.
• Assist clients in creating and implementing strategies to protect and preserve assets.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to and in good standing with the Texas State Bar.
• Reside in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of solid Estate Planning experience, including drafting of wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, deed preparation, and title examination.
• Minimum of 1 year Business Formation.
• Be available immediately
• Familiarity with special needs planning.
• Existing private practice.
• Membership to state bar in adjacent states, beneficial.
• Bilingual (Spanish)
