We are hiring a Content Creator to join our team at SouthWest Farmers Market. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and creating engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• · Create and publish high-quality, informative, and engaging content for our website, blog, social media platforms, and other marketing channels
• · Conduct thorough research to gather information and generate ideas for new content
• · Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and plans
• · Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency
• · Optimize content for search engines and implement SEO best practices
• · Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our content remains relevant and timely
• · Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools
• · Assist in the creation of visual content, such as graphics, images, and videos
• · Collaborate with other team members, such as graphic designers and social media managers, to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• · Provide input and ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives

Requirements

· Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role

· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail

· Strong research skills to gather information and generate creative ideas for content

· Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research

· Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML

· Proficiency in using analytics tools to monitor content performance

· Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks

· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas

· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines

· Knowledge of digital marketing trends and strategies

· Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is a plus
