Service First Mortgage is currently hiring for a Customer Success Associate.
The Customer Succuess Associate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to previous customers for company campaigns. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with distributed retail sales teams and referral partners to generate repeat and referral business. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Duties include:
- Schedule appointments, coordinate multiple calendars and make follow-up calls as appropriate; providing exceptional customer service to borrowers, answering questions and resolving concerns
- Communicating with loan officers and other internal departments to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
- Documenting all customer interactions and updating customer records in the system
- Following company procedures and guidelines for compliance and quality assurance

Requirements
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- 0-2 years of professional experience, with a preference for Customer Service, Sales or Call Center experience.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills aligned to heavy phone volume.
- Goal-driven to achieve targeted results.
- Perseverance in overcoming obstacles and ability to handle rejection.
- Self-driven with the ability to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal guidance or supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strict time requirements.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
