Concrete Commercial Superintendent

Elite Sourcing LLC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Commercial Superintendent to join our team. As a Concrete Commercial Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all concrete construction activities on-site.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee the placement and finishing of concrete according to project requirements.
• Coordinate concrete pours, including scheduling and coordination of concrete trucks and placement crews.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
• Manage and supervise field staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Concrete Commercial Superintendent.
• Strong knowlgedge of concrete construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Experience in managing and supervising concrete construction projects from start to finish.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficient in using construction management software.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
