Commission based marketing agency sales rep

Global Pacific Support is seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team as a Commission Based Marketing Agency Sales Representative. As a Commission Based Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business for our marketing agency by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential and the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Identify and understand client needs, and develop tailored marketing solutions to meet their goals.
• Present and pitch our agency's services to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring timely and accurate contract and payment processing.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and marketing best practices to better position our services to clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Solid understanding of marketing concepts and strategies.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business is a plus.
