Collision Body Technician - Snell Collision Center

Snell Motor Companies is comprised of Jaguar Land Rover Austin, Jaguar Land Rover Dallas, Jaguar Land Rover Frisco, Riverside Ford of Tulsa and Snell Collision. Family owned and operated; the Snell family began serving the Dallas community in 1973.

The Snell Collision Body Technician is responsible for performing all frame, metal repairs, and interior repairs on collision damaged vehicles consigned to the Collision Center.

Requirements

• Reviews repair orders identify customer concerns and need repairs.
• Clocks on and off time on every line of repair order
• Checks technical service bulletins that may apply to customer concern
• Follows repair escalation process
• Adheres to all factory warranty requirements including time punches, accurate documentation, parts returns.
• Follows manufacturer repair steps and processes in Topix including all required parts for repair
• Confirms all repairs once completed
• Diagnoses and repairs unibody structural damage
• Diagnoses and repairs full frame vehicles
• Replaces body panels
• Repairs body panels
• Removes and reinstalls interiors
• Keeps the facility clean and equipment in good working order.
• Maintains cleanliness of vehicles during repair process
• Maintains a tool collection that includes all necessary non-Land Rover supplied special tools
• Keeps a clean work area including bay, toolbox, and surrounding area
