CNC Machinist Programmer

Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
• Select and set up appropriate cutting tools and fixtures
• Operate and monitor CNC machines to ensure accuracy and optimal performance
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards
• Document production and inspection data for tracking and analysis

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist Programmer
• Proficient in CAD/CAM programming software
• Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience with precision measuring instruments
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good understanding of safety protocols
