Clinical Director

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a Clinical Director to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the clinical operations and provide leadership to our team of therapists. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of patient care, maintaining compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements, and supporting the professional growth of our therapists.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of therapists
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement treatment programs
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists
• Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain high-quality patient care
• Participate in the recruitment and hiring of new therapists
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Valid clinical license (LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of therapy modalities and treatment approaches
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
