Child Development Soccer Coach

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Soccer Coach to work with children aged 1-6. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with young children in playful activities, promoting early childhood development, and creating positive, memorable experiences. Previous experience with kids in sports, teaching, or similar roles is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead fun, non-competitive soccer activities focused on skill-building and enjoyment
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children’s growth and celebrate successes
• Ensure a safe environment for all participants
• Embrace feedback and training to continually improve coaching techniques

Ideal Schedule:

• Weekdays (9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. and/or 3:00-6:00 p.m.)
• Weekends (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.)
• Position part time: (approx. 10-20 hours per week)

Requirements

• Solid experience working with youth children in education, sports, or recreation
• Outgoing, energetic personality – must enjoy singing, engaging with kids, and creating a lively atmosphere
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and reliable
• Must have own transportation
• Dance, sports, fitness, drama backgrounds a plus
• Background checks conducted
