Pathfinder Home Health is currently seeking for a Certified Nurse Assistant/PRN openings for The Woodlands, TX and surrounding areas (Spring and Conroe).

A few daily tasks may include:

• Preparing/cleaning up after a meal
• Bathing/personal care

• Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Laundry 
• Providing companionship 

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age 
• CNA License
• Valid Driver’s License 
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance 
• Ability to pass a background check 
• Ability to lift 50 LBS 
• Home Health Experience a must.
