Certified Nurses Assistant/PRN openings for Athens, TX and surrounding areas.

A few daily tasks may include:

  • Preparing/cleaning up after a meal
  • Bathing/personal care
  • Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
  • Laundry 
  • Providing companionship 

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age 
  • CNA License
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance 
  • Ability to pass a background check 
  • Ability to lift 50 LBS

Responsibilities

  • To provide quality, comprehensive nursing care in the Patient's home as prescribed by the physician in the plan of care.
  • Responsible for collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop the plan of care for the Patient.
  • Manage nursing treatments and activities to meet the needs of each individual patient.
  • Responsible for evaluating utilization of patient services and patient progress. Review evaluation with the care team, patient, family members, physician, and case manager as needed.
  • and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Geriatric Home Health Experience
  • Texas Nursing License
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills
  • Strong and compassionate customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license
