About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) who has experience in the MarTech space and is ready to take the next step in their career. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities while helping prospects move from being “in-market” to booking demos with account executives. This role is perfect for a high-energy individual with 1-2 years of experience who wants to grow into strategic sales.
This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and is on-site in our beautiful downtown startup office in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential customers using a mix of inbound and outbound prospecting strategies.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to support account-based marketing (ABM) programs, identifying “in-market” prospects and transitioning them to demo opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through personalized and high-EQ outreach.
- Educate prospects on Full Circle’s ability to drive smarter marketing decisions through data-driven multi-touch attribution in Salesforce.
- Own and exceed monthly and quarterly performance metrics, consistently driving top results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted strategies that resonate with prospects.
- Continuously innovate and optimize outreach strategies to engage potential customers.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a BDR or sales role, ideally in MarTech companies such as 6sense, Bombora, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Demandbase, or similar.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas while delivering consistent top results.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) programs and experience in helping prospects move from “in-market” to booked demo with account executives.
- High energy, driven, and numbers-focused with a strong understanding of performance metrics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ) to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a passion for learning and advancing into strategic sales roles.
