Recipes from our very own Michelin-star trained chef are prepared in our own central kitchens, delivered directly to our stores where our team members prepare made to order salads, wraps and breakfast burritos for our guests. Our food is offered at a price point that ensures accessibility: everyone deserves a delicious meal. Focused on a simple, convenient drive-thru only model, Salad and Go operates in more than 130 locations across Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada and is expanding rapidly into new states. Salad and Go is seeking a Brand Marketing Coordinator to support various marketing functions with the execution of brand, market and store-specific marketing strategies and tactics with the goal to increase local awareness, drive product adoption and build positive guest experiences across all markets.

As the Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage tactical elements of seasonal menu projects – traffic creative updates and manage timelines
  • Maintain store lists, location details, and menu information across 3rd party digital channels and owned websites to ensure stores are represented with consistent, high-quality content on digital platforms
  • Support brand marketing with projects, creative assets, and content that will be utilized across the brand; including menu materials, local store marketing collateral, store signage and creative assets
  • Work with designers and agencies to develop marketing assets and collateral to support initiatives
  • Identify industry best practices and look across competitive set to share learnings and inform marketing strategies
  • Be a proactive, team player with enthusiasm to learn and a willingness to help wherever it is needed!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications
  • 1-3 years prior work experience in marketing or related field
  • An understanding of a broad range of marketing functions, including advertising, branding, digital marketing and social media
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Driven by compassion and integrity, keeping the values and mission of SAG as a focus
  • Creative and able to think out-of-the-box to identify unique solutions and opportunities
  • Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing needs
