Bilingual Outpatient Coordinator (Part-time )

Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is unique in so many ways. Our facility is located in a serene, picturesque setting within the Spring Branch District of West Houston. In addition to offering inpatient acute care services, we provide Intensive Outpatient Programs and Partial Hospitalization Programs that can support patients as they discharge or can assist to prevent hospitalization.

Currently Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital (HBHH) has an opening for an Bilingual Outpatient Coordinator, Monday - Friday, 9am to 2pm, this position will report to the Director of Outpatient.

The Outpatient Coordinator will be responsible to develop, manage, and coordinate patient activities in accordance to the standards of care and HBHH's policies and procedures. The outpatient coordinator will also be responsible to maintain OP records, help with front desk duties for outpatient, communicate with all departments, physicians, and patients/families.

Requirements

***Bilingual in Spanish is required***

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Combination of training, education and experience preferred.

Experience:. Previous experience in behavioral healthcare. Computer skills, data entry, customer service and filing skills preferred.

Additional Requirements: Successful completion of CPR and SAMA certification within 30 days of hire date.
