Bilingual Night Manager/ Janitorial Service

City Wide Facility Solutions is a leading management company in the building maintenance industry, providing comprehensive solutions for janitorial and other maintenance services. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Night Manager/ Janitorial Service to join our team.

The Bilingual Night Manager/ Janitorial Service will be responsible for overseeing the quality and efficiency of janitorial services provided to clients during the night shift. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication in both English and Spanish, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of janitorial contractors, ensuring the completion of assigned tasks and meeting service level agreements
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards
• Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues, and provide exceptional customer service
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of necessary cleaning equipment and supplies
• Train and develop new team members, providing guidance and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records, including time sheets, work orders, and inventory

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in janitorial services or facilities management
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
