Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented (Inventory/Administrator) to become a part of our team!
Responsibilities:
· Generate POS
· Inventory review every day
· Return damaged or incorrect delivery of products to suppliers to ensure refunds are received for that delivery.
· Negotiation with external and local suppliers
· Reception and review of the product that comes in a container that comes in the correct quantities and in good condition.
· Promote products so that they move in different locations and look for potential customers
· Planning, projection and annual programming to make the product requirement
· Creation of orders, invoices and prices.
· Request, monitoring and reception of cargo by land, sea and air
· Purchase and negotiation of local and foreign products.
· Make a quote for external transportation prices.
· Preparation of expense report.
· Prioritize and supply products to all locations
· Monitoring of payment to suppliers
· Supervision of warehouse personnel
· Keep the system updated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
Requirements
-Experience in Shipping and Receiving
-Experience in Import/Export

-Must speak Spanish and English fluently
- Quickbooks Online
