Job Description:
Support the existing Base Build Management (BBM) Installation and operational qualification (IOQ) Team to ensure both new and existing facilities comply with current national, regional, and local codes as well as client standards. Includes design review, on-site inspections and assessment of Electrical services, creation of reports documenting findings, and oversite of repairs/plan implementation. You will work proactively with both PAC and client teams to establish and maintain a system that promotes a culture of safe working practices while providing direct management and leadership to the local teams.
Key job responsibilities:
· Ensure that company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are implemented consistently across the business. Take action to mitigate the likelihood and impact of health and safety risks.
· Coordinate and conduct site visits to evaluate and review electrical services, prepare reports, make recommendations, and manage the implementation and procedures as required.
· Complete and carry out any design requirements in relation to electrical services and assist in developing and delivering training as required.
· Support managers to maintain PAC image and ethos, providing specialist advice, coaching and practical support.
· Provide clients with feedback to ensure quality installations and service
· Report on-site inspection findings and follow up on corrective actions to insure completion.
· Undertake any additional duties as required by management, appropriate for the responsibilities of the position.
· Perform assessments of other building systems, including FLS (Fire & Life Safety), mechanical, plumbing, controls, etc.
· Prepare and review technical specifications
· Represent PAC at meetings with clients and contractors
· Maintain completed audit records and archive to company standards
· Adherence to all quality, environmental and governance processes
· Manage own workload; regularly update and communicate workload plans with timelines to management
· Manage elements of project delivery with an understanding of project budgeting and cost management.
· Review progress and report any anomalies or changes of project scope.
· Help & assist with technical development of junior staff.

· The flexibility to work outside normal office hours to attend meetings and events.

Required Qualifications
• Preferably Degree qualified, or equivalent qualifications, in Electrical Engineering or related subjects
• Proficient with digital tools, including Microsoft Office, CAD readers, Adobe, etc.
• Experience and working knowledge of commercial/industrial electrical design.
• Have a detailed knowledge of appropriate technical standards.
• Experience communicating effectively both verbally and in writing to internal and client management.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, mainly within the United States but potentially will expand to other regions that may require support.
