We’re seeking a full-time Barista/Bartender to join our team at The Blind Tiger within our Austin office. This unique role blends the art of coffee crafting and cocktail preparation, supporting our creative workspace throughout the day.

Role Overview:
As a Barista/Bartender at Bakery’s Blind Tiger, you’ll create a unique beverage experience for our team and guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. You’ll thrive in a lively, collaborative workspace where you’ll have the opportunity to master both the art of coffee making and craft cocktail preparation. Every cup of coffee and cocktail served should leave a lasting impression.

Responsibilities:
- Run the back of the bar efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Craft and serve coffee, tea, and house-made concoctions with consistency and flair.
- Prepare and serve beer and craft cocktails during afternoon hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
- Provide exceptional service to our team and guests with a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
- Work with our office manager and finance team to manage the budget.
- Help lead events including oversight of contract bar staff we hire for large events.
Requirements
- Experience as both a barista and bartender, with knowledge of coffee preparation and mixology techniques.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable beverage experiences.
- Ability to manage bar operations independently with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage back-of-bar operations, equipment, and inventory.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to carry heavy things like kegs and cases of liquor.
- TABC certification (or willingness to obtain).
