As a premier staffing agency specializing in the hospitality sector, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch service to our clients and creating memorable experiences for their guests. Banquet Servers play a vital role in ensuring every event runs smoothly, from setup to execution, ensuring all guests are well taken care of.

Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet areas ahead of events, including arranging tables, chairs, and linens as per the organization's specifications.
• Assist in food and beverage preparation, ensuring efficient and accurate serving during events.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a friendly and accommodating manner, adhering to established service protocols.
• Collaborate with event coordinators and kitchen staff to ensure seamless event execution.
• Attend to guests' needs throughout the event, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Clear tables and clean up banquet areas post-event, ensuring the proper handling of all equipment.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, especially regarding food handling and sanitation.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role is preferred.
• Outstanding customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
• Physical endurance to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Pay Rate:

$17.00 per hour
