Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the architecture and system design for data modernization and migration projects. This role involves developing architecture roadmaps, defining technology stacks, and ensuring the alignment of architecture with project objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, experience with cloud technologies, and familiarity with Kafka and Terraform.
Requirements
- Develop and maintain the architecture roadmap for various projects.
- Define technology stacks and technical requirements to support project objectives.
- Ensure that all architectural designs align with project goals and customer expectations.
- Provide expert guidance on system design integration points and best practices.
- Support and collaborate with offshore development teams, including hands-on code development.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to manage project timelines and ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience in handling data modernization and migration projects.
- Experience with Pyspark and AWS cloud technologies.
- Knowledge of application rearchitecting and architectural styles.
- Familiarity with architecture assessments, design principles, and tradeoff analysis methods.
- Proficiency in capacity planning, compliance evaluation, and migration planning.
- Experience with SOA and microservices-based architecture.
- Ability to solution NFRs (Non-Functional Requirements) and evaluate TCO (Total Cost of Ownership).
