We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Wheel Repair Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and extensive knowledge of wheel repair techniques. As a Wheel Repair Tech, you will be responsible for repairing and refinishing damaged wheels, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting wheels for damage and determining the appropriate repair method
• Straightening bent wheels using specialized equipment
• Repairing cosmetic damage, such as scratches and scuffs, using professional-grade tools and materials
• Filling and smoothing wheel imperfections, such as pits and deep scratches
• Applying paint, primer, and clear coat to repaired wheels, matching the original finish
• Balancing wheels to ensure proper fit and performance
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Wheel Repair Tech
• Proficient in using wheel straightening machines and other specialized tools
• In-depth knowledge of wheel repair techniques, including cosmetic repair, filling, and painting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Basic math skills and ability to read and interpret repair manuals
