As a family-run, father-daughter team, our motto is, “Our family helping yours.” We are committed to delivering the highest standards of client care, forming meaningful connections, and providing empathetic, thorough guidance through life’s important planning stages.

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, personable attorney with 3-5 years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and asset protection planning. As a small, close-knit team, we foster a collaborative environment that values work-life balance, operating on a four-day work week. The ideal candidate will be a patient and motivational communicator, particularly skilled at building trust with clients—especially seniors—and passionate about contributing to the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, delivering empathetic and patient guidance.
  • Draft comprehensive estate plans, including wills, living trusts, LLCs, corporations, and family limited partnerships.
  • Administer trusts, such as A-B trusts, with a focus on thorough client support.
  • Contribute to the firm’s reputation by actively engaging with the community and promoting our services.

Requirements

  • Education: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
  • License: Licensed to practice law in Texas.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant legal experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, and asset protection.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Clio, WealthCounsel, and ElderCounsel preferred.
  • Soft Skills: High-level written and oral communication skills (writing sample required); self-motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented, and growth-oriented.

Benefits

  • What We Offer
    • Work Schedule: Four-day work week to support optimal work-life balance.
    • Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off.
    • Compensation: Unlimited earning potential with a base salary of $90,000 - $145,000, commensurate with experience, plus a flat commission on all legal fees deposited. This structure allows for significant financial and career growth.

How to Apply
Please submit your resume, a writing sample, and a cover letter sharing your interest in joining our firm. The writing sample should be a piece personally written by you, such as a legal memorandum, brief, or client advisory, that demonstrates your analytical and communication skills.

  • We look forward to hearing from candidates excited to join a team that values family, community, and excellence in client care. We will contact those who best meet our requirements.
  • Please note: No direct or agency inquiries.
