Full Job Description
FEFA LLC is seeking an Archivist/Records Manager in Dallas, TX who works in all phases of the records management lifecycle and has experience conducting records inventories, developing file plans, and drafting records control schedules. In addition to helping enhance an established records management program, the incumbent will assist in introducing new technologies, best practices, and effective implementation of procedures to ensure the program's viability and effectiveness. The Manager must also have a detailed knowledge of various electronic record-keeping practices, including, but not limited to, email management, digital imaging, cloud storage, and social media.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of professional and relevant records management/archivist experience or Master’s degree and 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience of conducting records inventories, creating file plans, and drafting records control schedules.
- Detailed knowledge of Federal records management issues and specialties and knowledge of various electronic record-keeping practices such as email management, digital imaging, cloud storage, and social media.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Records Management or Information Management (e.g., CRM, NARA Records Certification, AIIM records-related certification) is preferred and will be considered a strength.
