About Us: Apprentice Now is dedicated to innovating the workforce needs of the HVAC industry by creating new talent through training and hiring. We are seeking a motivated and experienced B2B Sales Appointment Setter to join our team and help drive our mission forward.

Job Description: As a Sales Appointment Setter at Apprentice Now, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities. This position involves making cold calls to potential clients, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Hours: 25 hours per week to start. Can lead to Full-time employee after probation period

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high volume of cold calls all day, every day to prospective clients to set up sales appointments.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of Apprentice Now’s services.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring they have all the necessary information.
• Achieve and exceed quality appointment-setting targets to contribute to company revenue goals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role with a successful track record in cold calling and appointment setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; a people person who can build rapport quickly.
• Ability to influence the outcome of calls through communication skills, being personable, sales ability and being pleasantly persistent. 
• Able to take rejection in stride and remain motivated to find the next qualified contact.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills and experience with CRM software.

Compensation:

• $15-17 per hour DOE
• Significant bonus opportunity tied to the revenue generated from appointments set by this individual.
• Probationary period of part-time contract work with goal of Full-time employee after probationary period.
